Cancellation Policy
Our medical esthetics center treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Less than 2 hours of notice will prevent our technician to rebook their time and will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
No-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding and support! You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without affecting your payment. Product Policy
Desired results are not always immediate - your skin takes time to adjust to new products before the ingredients can reach their full potential. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit for you. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the purchase of a take home product from A Better You At Skinsations, we will offer you a product credit.
In order to return a product for a credit, we require a 7 day waiting period from the date of purchase. This policy is to give your skin time to adjust to the product and allow you to see the desired results. If you are experiencing a reaction, please take a picture of your skin and call us sooner so we can rectify.
The owner or spa director have the right to refuse return for credit if more than 20% of the product has already been used.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired time.
Credit or Debit Card is required at the time of booking.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
